Band
The concert band, guitar group and violin ensemble continued to work hard this year to master their instruments and further develop their musicality. This year the violin ensemble students were pleased to perform once again at the Opera House as part of the combined strings concert.
The band and guitar groups proudly performed once again this year at numerous events including chamber night and at the music, art, dance and drama (MADD) week at Rouse Hill High School as support musicians for the Rouse Hill High School band.
In addition, select students were given the opportunity to attend band camp which enabled them to further develop their musical skills with other band students from the region.
Lessons and rehearsals are held each Thursday in the school hall at students' scheduled times.
Students from grades 3 to 6 can participate in our school band program. Teaching services Australia provides tutors and conductors to teach the band students at our school. Please visit their website for more information.
